"The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again."

"Charlotte and Gavin were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was great! The location was fantastic, parking was a bit tricky in busy council carparks but this is a St. Ives problem and not related to property. Overall a lovely experience, and we would reccomend it. "

"We had a wonderful few nights in a yurt at the end of July. As a family of 2 adults and 3 children we found the space to be more than comfortable and spacious. The yurt itself was wonderfully furnished and the kitchen outside well equipped for all cooking needs. Hosts Kate and Terry were always friendly, approachable and on hand to help. "I felt very welcome from the moment I stepped onto the lobby, the receptionist smart, well spoken and polite welcomed me to the hotel, guiding me to my room in minutes. Very nice room, comfortable and clean. Quiet and relaxing. Also used the pool and sauna, relaxed and friendly helpful staff."

"The views were stunning, we did have exceptional weather which really helps. We were able to be changed to a dog friendly room on the advice of the staff(we had intended that the dog slept in the comfortable dog box in the car). Bar was a nice area to lounge in the evening after sunset. We visited the Minack Theatre and walked to Sennen. A lovely three day stay that we would recommend others also enjoy."

Great experience spoiled my several minor problems

"Mostly great, breakfast service was a bit haphazard, clearly nobody in charge. Not everything available at 8.00. Had to ask for butter. Menu says breakfast is from 7.30. Long wait to take breakfast orders. Light outside front door on during the day, off at night when you need it. Lights at front gate have glass hanging out. Needs attention to detail, I.e. management."
