Our upstairs unit had an outdoor deck overlooking the bay, where we spent time watching the boats & ferries come and go mornings & evenings.The apartment was spacious & well stocked. The host responded immediately to us, and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant, comfortable stay. The house manager, Debbie, was extremely friendly & helpful.Exceptional location in a historic building!"

"Kay’s place is awesome! The view cannot be beat, the entire place is meticulously clean, and the couches/beds are very comfortable. We had a relaxing week at Kay’s, and we loved staying within walking distance to town, the beach, and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Never used the kayaks, but we appreciated having plenty of towels for the beach or bath. Also, the kitchen included all of the cooking supplies we needed, and the BBQ was spotless (as well as the whole house). We were in NZ for 5 weeks,...
