"I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. So it was a place where I was able to rest and then gather energy for the busy days ahead, exploring. So I would stay again if I were to...

"Second time we have stayed here and excellent both stays. Staff are very helpful and polite.Room was a good size and sofa bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this place as it is 150yds from the sea front."

"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "
