"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

"We had a lovely week in this holiday home. We would rebook for sure. Check-in was great, Charles was friendly and explained how everything worked. Four stars as there were a few things the owner could improve: 1. A welcome pack would be a nice touch, especially as we had travelled 10hours to reach the holiday home, maybe some local produce. 2. "Appartement propre, agréable. Quartier tranquille. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. Il serait utile de preciser dans le descriptif que l'appartement est situé au 3eme etage sans ascenseur. Proche commerces, mais un peu éloigné du centre ville. Pour les plages, Deauville, Trouville, il faut une voiture ou utiliser des transports sans doute."
