"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

À part le manque de rideau/volet dans plusieurs chambres que nous avons assombris avec les moyens du bord, notre week-end a été chaleureux."

"This home is perfect for a large group! We had 10 family members between the ages of 16 and 75, and there was space for all! It is also the perfect location if you plan to do the D-Day beaches, Rouen, Caan, or Mont Saint-Michel, which we did. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores, and the town is just lovely. "

"We had a lovely week in this holiday home. We would rebook for sure. Check-in was great, Charles was friendly and explained how everything worked. Four stars as there were a few things the owner could improve: 1. A welcome pack would be a nice touch, especially as we had travelled 10hours to reach the holiday home, maybe some local produce. 2. L'accueil par Dominique était chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui nous a mis à l'aise dès notre arrivée. Merci beaucoup! L'emplacement était idéal pour nous, à proximité de tout ce qu’on a souhaité faire découvrir à ma famille : Lisieux, Benouville, le marché de Trouville, Deauville et Honfleur :) Le jardin était parfait pour les enfants qui avaient tout pour jouer avec les jeux d’extérieurs...
