"I was put off by the name at first being linked to a steakhouse. However given the other reviews I gave it a try. It was great for my stay. Staff and service were great and room had some great amenities. Free parking was great. I didn’t venture out for a walk as it was on the main road. Food at the steakhouse was great and good value mid week offers. "

"This was our fourth time visiting the Cromwell Arms. It's a lovely little gem for a sneaky little night away for 2. Rooms are lovely and the pub serves delicious food. My only gripe was that they no longer give you the mini bottle of gin and tonic water in the room, which was always a nice touch, we got the normal bottle of bear.... but no gin for me :-(. "

"Stayed here on business as office at the airport and will certainly be making this my regular place to stay! Easy parking, great restaurant on, friendly service. You even get a mini thermos flask for fresh milk for your tea - winner! Nice large comfortable rooms, all clean and large comfy bed with a jar of yummy biscuits Dinner was fantastic (vege curry was lovely!) I am not even an vege…. and breakfast was very good a great menu choice too. Will be staying again! "
