We walked everywhere and the Colosseum was a 15 minute walk, the rest is 20-25 minutes. cafe right downstairs with live music on Friday, and the best thing ever is the subway, it’s right there!!! Breakfast is very nice as well, lots of options. Clean and very comfortable, and close to everything. The building, like all Rome buildings is a little dated but the price and all of the above more than made up for it! We all loved it"

"Great location. Easy to walk from Termini station which is just over 5 minutes away. Nice to take an evening stroll to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Superior room was lovely and large. Clean and staff were very helpful."
