"Such a great place, lovely area and the staff is very warm and friendly. My husband forgot his Canada Goose jacket and called from the airport and they were so willing to help and ship to NY! A block from Duomo, around the corner are shops and cafes. Cleaning service was daily and plenty of options for breakfast. Highly recommend this place."

"We had an amazing check-in with Silvia which included a hamstring recommendation for dinner. We were exhausted and were grateful for a delicious and reasonably-priced meal! Note: the pillows are very hard and there are multiple elevators so make sure to note which you use when you leave, or you’ll end up on the other side of the building!"

"Everything was nice especially the breakfast set up. The local area is under construction but dont let that deter you. Note that gps does not take you straight there it is about an extra half mile down. The rain station is right around the corner so you can get to Sarrano in less than half an hour based on time of day and stops. When i come back the plan is to stay there again. "

"It was a totally fine hotel. Front desk was 24 hours and extremely helpful as we had an early departure and they arranged a cab. Breakfast was good. People were friendly. Our room had a balcony. Shopping and restaurants were walkable. But be warned The Last Supper must be booked months in advance. But the nearby church has a great cathedral if you like painted surfaces."
