"This apartment is in the perfect spot in Santa Monica! A quick walk to great food, drinks, and entertainment! The apartment it’s was very clean and had everything you could need. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! "

"This is a very clean, quiet, and functional studio apartment in a prime location with all the amenities for an extended stay including washer/dryer. The best perk for me was secure underground self-parking spot with unlimited in-out via remote controlled gate. Communication with the host was prompt and check-in access was simple and well-described. A 3-minute walk to the pier and half a block to the E light rail line. Trader Joes and Target 2 blocks away. There are homeless people around...

"Great location, close to marina, stores and restaurants. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Condo was immaculate although sparsely furnished. Kitchen very well equipped. King size bed very comfortable. Could use better lighting at bedside for reading. Would definitely stay here again. Very nice!"

"Loved the property! It felt like a home away from home. Small, but just right. Lovely interior along with a lots of small things to offer! Such as the shopping, food and free k-cups for coffee which saved some money every morning ;) When planning my next trip to Santa Monica, I’ll be sure to make sure your place is available for stay prior to anything else. "Very easy process and a fun little get away if you want something different than the hotels. Great location for walking to restaurants & shopping. Great views too! Boat is a bit dated and could use a little TLC in some areas but affordable for staying on a boat. Nothing that would keep me from coming back. Having the breakfast basket was great and yummy! "This location is great for the ease of parking, access to the sites and views of the city. The hospitality is a model of what we should expect everywhere we go and a guide for others to follow. My hats off to the staff for making this a great stay especially the staff at Preston’s! We are already planning our next visit with Loews Hollywood! "

"I got was exactly what I paid for & for that, it was excellent. I’m a very simple, frugal person & as long as I have a bed to sleep in at night & a place to put my stuff in while I’m out & about doing my thing (I flew in from NJ) & having fun & my co-inhabitants were cordial & kept to themselves, then everything’s great & I’m happy to say, it was. The area’s not the most nicest most scenic nor safest looking but I felt reasonably safe enough walking about when I did. For the affordability & caveat, it was worth it & if I’m ever in the area again someday & in a position where I want to save as much as possible, I’d happily do it again. Thanks!"

"First the front desk staff is amazing. Their cohesively, kind and generous and hospitality is fantastic. The hotel is clean spic and span sparkling I’m on the eighth floor. I love my room absolutely love my room. It’s near lots of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."
