"Beautiful updated cottage directly across from beach. Easy walk to Pier but far enough away from the noise and congestion. Well stocked and comfortable with good open family space to hang out. Appreciated the manager having breakfast stocked and communicated throughout our time to be sure all was good. Highly recommend."

"The property is very large as advertised. The pool was dirty and not heated. The owner charges extra to heat the pool. The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave. There’s a large black mesh fence directly in front of the pool which takes away from the aesthetics’s and is not in the listing photo. Only a few towels to use for three bathrooms and a pool. "The room is very dated and not well equipped like you would expect in even a cheap hotel. I couldn't find electrical outlets to charge phones in the room and had to use the outlets in restroom or closet. Breakfast was fine but the lady who prepared the breakfast was very rude. I think she also manages the property. I didn't know the downstairs restroom in the hallway was reserved for downstairs room only. It has no sign on the door so I used it quickly.
