Owner was very friendly and communicated extremely well. He provides detailed instructions on how to obtain the keys and find the property. Very nice balcony with a fantastic view of Toronto and the CN tower. Room was clean and well-maintained. Near attractions and in a nice part of downtown Toronto. Highly recommend...you won't be disappointed.

The property is located in a great neighbourhood with a good vibe and lots of good places to eat, plus it's easy enough to get downtown. The view from the apartment is excellent, especially at night. The beds in both bedrooms were comfortable and the apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. Our relatives from England loved it!

Booked this for one night for myself and my partner. It was very close to BMO Field which was a plus for us as we were attending a match there. Check-in was a hassle as the instructions that were sent to me were very thorough and clear, which I loved, but when it came time to meet for the key, we ran into trouble as the key for us was not there and once we finally got it, it was missing the key fob we needed to enter the towers. So we had to once again meet to collect the fob. This took about an additional 40 minutes in total. Once we got to our room, the cleaner was still there and told us that her boss said we were checking in at 4:30PM. We had been told that check-in was at 3:00PM, so I'm not sure what happened there. Basically 2 hours of our stay were robbed from us as we did not have the place or did not have it to ourselves until after 4:30. Apart from that fiasco, the place was clean and tidy. Essentially anything you required was available in the suite. The view was great at night as you could easily view the CN Tower and various high rise buildings. Unsure if this check-in experience was a one-off, but just a heads up should it happen to any of you.

Wonderdul place to stay. Close to many restaurants and a short bus ride away from downtown Toronto. Admittedly, arrival was a little odd as you pick up the keys at a nearby Cafe, but overall it was an excellent stay. I will definitely look into staying here again next time I travel to Toronto

Needs some TLC
For the price, I was expecting a bit more. The walls and baseboards were in bad shape, the sheets had tears/holes in them and one bathroom was not clean. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and the windows are in desperate need of newer blinds or pull down shades. It was not clean all along the floor boards and dusty cobwebs in one bedroom. Compared to other Air BnB's I was disappointed.

Not exactly a bang for your buck
Condo was very clean and comfortable, but pictures are deceiving. The unit is much smaller than we expected for a 2 bedroom penthouse. Aaron we great to work with and provided exceptionally clear instructions. Not sure I'd we would pay the $400 for a night here again, as we have stayed in bigger in the entertainment district for less.

The room is great, with fantastic views. It delivered what's promised and shown in the figure. So I give it a five star. Just notice that 1) I couldn't check in before 3 PM (not even 2:30 PM). That's fair enough as the check-in time is clearly stated on the web page, and whether early check-in can be entertained really depends on the situation. 2) There is no desk for you to comfortably work on a laptop or document. The high-leg chair and table are not set up for serious desk work (well, most travelers probably don't need to). 3) You must clear your luggage by 11 AM, and there is no luggage storage. So you will have to find a place to store it if your flight leaving Toronto is late in the afternoon/evening. Overall, none of the three points above was guaranteed/offered in the introduction, so I have no complaint. But this information could be useful for other people because most hotels do offer these amenities.

Concert get away with 4 Girls!
This condo was a perfect locations for Queen Street Shopping and The Budweiser Stage. We received easy instructions on how to get our key and park. The Condo was super clean and had an amazing city view. The sunrise is incredible. The only thing wrong is that the blinds are not dark enough for that morning sunrise.

A bright and cozy condo unit on the Penthouse floor. Great views. Great location. Excellent communications from a truly great and conscientious host. Absolutely recommend this one !!!!!

Penthouse apartment with amazing view
Simple modern penthouse with amazing skyline view of Toronto. Aaron gave us detailed instruction regarding keys pick up, how to get into the apartment, garage. Also travel tips within Toronto, he even check in with us to make sure our stay was comfortable. He also hire a cleaner before and after each guest to make sure the place is clean. Full amenities at the kitchen. We have a wonderful time there, hope to come back next time. Will recommend this to anyone.

Amazing Penthouse. 5 Stars!!
To start of this review, THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. You are renting this penthouse from the owner. This penthouse was amazing for the price I got it for. It was very clean, had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a really nice living room and kitchen. The view was amazing from the balcony!!! You get to see all of Toronto Downtown. Everything is near by walking distance and even if your planning on taking taxi or uber it won't be pricey. The neighbors were very friendly and kind. Aaron (the owner of the penthouse) was very professional and kind. He texted me the day before the stay giving me instruction on how to check in. The check out was also very easy. This penthouse was amazing! I will probably recommend this penthouse to my friends or family and will 100% book this penthouse again if I ever have plans to stay at Toronto Downtown. 5 Stars!!

It's a condo with a fantastic view. No real chairs to sit on, just bar style chairs and a high kitchen table (tiny). Nowhere really to work from. This place needs real chairs and a real table. The manager tried to help and brought me a chair. Kudos. Kitchen needs to be better stocked with cutlery and plates too. Overall OK. Cheaper and more convenient than a hotel. Did I mention there is a great view? Nice neighborhood too. I would say again, but I want real chairs and a table.
