"Las personas en recepción fueron muy amables. El lugar estuvo muy limpio, el wifi muy bueno. El hostel estaba en un lugar céntrico, de fácil acceso y con muchas tiendas alrededor. Se podía contar con transporte público y parking. Mejoraría si se pudiera contar con un fríobar en el cuarto para poder mantener nuestras líquidos fríos aunque se ofrecieron a guardar nuestras cosas. Definitivamente regresaré. Muchas gracias!!!"

"It's a dirty place. Lorenzo, a guy in his 50's, was very rude with us for no apparent reason. I asked him to an extension and he told me that the hostel was full At the same time I looked in the internet and the same hostel had like 5 places available. I showed him and he didn't know what to say. I WON'T COME BACK to this place. NO MORE. Bathrooms had no soup either toilet papers. Lockers were very far from the beds. "

"Extra hidden costs needs to be payed on arrival, no way of avoiding these since they are not optional services. No hot water and when asked about it, the response was to try another bathroom. You get one sheet which works as both the bed sheet and the cover which had holes in it. No keys to the doors to the rooms, all doors was unlocked all the time. Bathroom door couldn't be locked. There is a fan in the room but the condition of that was well past its expiration date, it made a terrible noise."

This is my bad, I was looking at the wrong airport when I booked this room thinking we were close to the international airport but it’s a smaller airport, just in case anyone has the same inclination. "Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...
