"It is a good option for budget travelers, meets the basic needs, room and sheets are very clean, bed is comfortable. It is just around the corner of Milano central train station. Literally steps away. People there (substantially young people) are respectful. This place has great vibe. Highly recommended for young people and budget travelers for the convenience, clean accommodation and helpful staff. "

"As with a hostel I didn't expect luxury and it served its purpose. The shared kitchen was a mess with dishes left unwashed and fridges dirty. Great location for the metro. I would stay again. "

"Easy place to crash before your journey in Italy. Stayed for one night and it was decent stay own locked in pod. What else do I need "

"I had a great stay at mio hostel. Beds, blanket and pillows were super comfy. Rooms, toilets and showers were all 100% clean. Rooms locked and couldn’t be opened from the outside without a key so didn’t have to worry about safety. Staff were friendly. My only complaint would be the noise from the road (cars and trams are constantly going past and the walls are very thin) but this wasn’t too much of a problem. The room had heating which we controlled so I was nice and toasty the whole time....

"Extra hidden costs needs to be payed on arrival, no way of avoiding these since they are not optional services. No hot water and when asked about it, the response was to try another bathroom. You get one sheet which works as both the bed sheet and the cover which had holes in it. No keys to the doors to the rooms, all doors was unlocked all the time. Bathroom door couldn't be locked. There is a fan in the room but the condition of that was well past its expiration date, it made a terrible noise."
