"We only stayed one night. They made good use of the room. Bathroom was clean and had good counter space. The only minor hiccup is when we arrived, the front desk attendant was not there. I sent her a text I had arrived but it still took a bit for her to arrive. This was about 8:30pm."

"It was cold in the room and we had difficulty with the thermostat. we had a very long walk from the lobby to our room and were told that there was nothing else available. Lesson learned request something closer in the future golf cart issues the one night we went to Gaby's for dinner. the staff handled the issues with grace and efficency. "

"Appreciated the onsite dining and bar after a 12 hr day. Bartender was outstanding. Very welcoming staff and a lovely fire in the lobby fireplace. Wished we could have stayed longer than a night. "

"This stay was an unexpected highlight of our trip. The house is wonderfully decorated with beautiful antiques. There were many comfortable rooms to sit in outside of our bedroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was truly gourmet. They set up a small table for me and my wife in front of a fireplace in a private room. The food and service were outstanding, and it was fun to meet the chef, who gave us the recipes. They even had a free charger...

"The room layout was nice. However there were absolutely no dishes in the kitchen. The toilet was clogged and the tub didn’t drain. When we left in the morning there was no staff around. The reception desk had a metal screen down and no place to return our keys"
