"Was not happy when we were told our room was on the 2nd floor and we had to go up stairs to get there. There was no way i was going to do that, didn't expect that at a Clarion. The lovely ladies at the desk found us an ADA room on the first floor for the same price. (I was also surprised they charged more for an ADA room.) The room was nice, clean and large.
