"This hotel oozes style. It is warm and chic. The “basic” rooms make you feel like you’re at home in a NYC apartment. The green room staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Housekeeping was friendly and accommodating bringing more creamers into the room at a rapid rate….and YES !! …there are nespresso machines IN the room!! (As well as a Dyson hairdryer with multiple attachments). This hotel is 5 stars. "
