"It was a great break for me to stay at Hotel LBI. All of the staff were great. I loved that Ryan at the front desk conversed with me when I checked in and remembered my name when I checked out. My only issues were that I did find the bed to be extremely firm and uncomfortable. In addition, the pillows were all too soft and did not provide any support for my head and neck. A mix of pillows with different levels of support would be perfect. "

"Three of us stayed at this hotel for one night. We had a room with 2 double beds. We found the room to be clean & the beds comfortable. Evening staff upon check-in were polite and professional. Would recommend."

The only thing that was upsetting was this refrigerator did not have a freezer on top.Like the last time I was there I had the use of freezer .Other than that inconvenient stay it was awesome 👌 👏 👍 as usual.
