"I Was not told of remodel incomplete until two days prior to our reservation which made it impossible to reserve other accommodations. We had air mattresses on the beds. One bathroom had no door. Towels were found in washer and dryer so we had to finish with cycles so we could use them. We should receive refund of at least 50% on the $1,080.03 that was paid February 19, 2024 for the inconvenience this caused my family in an otherwise great trip to Scotland. Very unsatisfied with accommodations."

"Stayed for a week in this cottage with fabulous views. Very clean and just about everything you need. We were only missing a corkscrew and egg cups, but anything else you need is there. Not quite as homely as we would have hoped as the cottage is quite sparse, but still had a wonderful time.
