"A beautiful place to stay. We loved the history of the tower and it looked magical lit up at night. Communication was great and staff were helpful. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. "A simple check in process. Excellent location within minutes of restaurants/bars and a quick walk to all the major sights. Property was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The only issue was the noisy entry system that sent video and audio into the room when other guests were trying to enter. It made for some interrupted sleep. Other guests were also frequently loud in entering the property. Shame as this spoiled the accommodation somewhat. "

"This was a charming B & B. The owners were wonderful and very friendly. I went chestnut collecting with owners father. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn't it.
