"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. "There was no checkin process, info, guidance etc. Pretty much have to figure everything out yourself, including where the front door is. Gotta download a janky app to unlock the doors and then you have to specifically ask for the wifi details before they’re provided. "We both thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were well laid out and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind at the end of each day. We enjoyed feeding the peacocks and managed to take some fantastic photos of them. The only thing that we missed was a dishwasher, as this was advertised but not there. Although there was a washing machine which was not mentioned! Would be happy to return if we plan to visit Suffolk again. Overall, a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable place...

Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the local area, we just knew the way to work sit and back and there was plenty of takeaways and supermarkets along the way. "We wanted a seaside weekend break to relax and this apartment was everything we could ask for. Beautifully decorated and furnished, a few minutes walk from the coastline and in a tranquil setting. "We had a very nice overnight stay. The hotel decor was welcoming, warm and bright, and all staff were friendly and professional. The beds were fresh, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The shower was powerful and hot and there were toiletries provided if needed. We brought our own hairdryer and there didn't appear to be one provided in the room. The heating was efficient and easily adjusted. There was a large selection at the continental breakfast buffet, and the cooked breakfast was hot and fresh, with good quality bacon and sausages. Our only slight criticism was that the breakfast tables were painted wood with no covering and did not appear as clean as they could be. Tea/coffee stains on the table tops and dust in the grooves around the edges detracted from the otherwise lovely, bright breakfast room. The paper menus were also food/drink stained and could easily be replaced. Overall we thought The Dragonfly was a great, reasonably priced hotel for our overnight stay and we would stay there again. "

Impressive view

"We have stayed at Seven a few times. It is close to the City Centre but in a quiet area. The Car park is handy. We had booked an accessible room but the bed, although a double looked tiny so asked if there was a room with a bigger bed. The very nice man on Reception upgraded us to a King with Estuary view. We will stay again I am sure. "

"A very welcomed arrival, receptionist was lovely and pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for more, the rooms were perfect, we were given a free upgrade to a newly refurbished room which was a lovely unexpected extra and very welcomed. The spa was great, and the food in the restaurant was well above average, all expectations were truly exceeded. Would definitely recommend! "
