"There was no checkin process, info, guidance etc. Pretty much have to figure everything out yourself, including where the front door is. Gotta download a janky app to unlock the doors and then you have to specifically ask for the wifi details before they’re provided. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting.
