"All of the staff at Viajero were incredibly kind and helpful. Their ability to speak fluent English made everything so easy. The property offered good food and drink, and also some great activities. "Es un hostal muy lindo y acogedor. La atención al detalle es algo a destacar, a pesar de ser un lugar pequeño te sientes como en casa. Tiene todas la amenidades necesarias. El desayuno es variado y muy rico. Ceci es una gran anfitriona y da los mejores tips, pregunta por los tours ya que son únicos en el pueblo. "

"La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, queda en toda la calle principal donde hay restaurantes y venden todas las artesanías lo que nos permitió que mi padre que viajo con nosotros y es de la tercera edad, cuando se cansaba de caminar logrará ir sin inconveniente al hotel y buscar un lugar para descansar, la atención excelente muy amables siempre, nos ofrecían café todo el tiempo y a pesar de que hicimos el check out a las 11 am nos guardaron las maletas hasta la tarde que regresamos a nuestra...

"Excelente hotel a las afueras de Pereira, debes desviarte un poco por una carretera sin pavimentar pero es fácil llegar, te contactan antes de tu llegada y te envían la ubicación por WhatsApp, tiene parqueadero, atendido por los dueños quienes son muy amables y siempre están atentos a colaborarte en lo que necesites, habitaciones y estado general de la finca/hotel excelente, muy limpio todo y las habitaciones amplias, tienen servicio de restaurante economico y delicioso."

"Using Expedia, I reserved a room with a view and jaccuzi bath. When I arrived they tried to lodge me in a corner closet size room with no Jaccuzi or view. They said that was the room I reserved. From my perspective it was a classic “bait and switch”. I ended up getting the room I reserved for three nights instead of the five I paid for. "

"It is a great location, a beautiful peaceful, and quiet place to stay, at my arrival it was uncomfortable due to the tone of the person at the front desk and also due to the amount of insects in the room, but the next they informed us that it was because of the treated all rooms for the insects and they apologize for the inconvenience of the personal of the front desk, and upgrade our room to a nice one, wish it was AMAZING for they part and i got no issues and we enjoy our stay in Salento like no other, for sure we are coming back. THANK YOU!!!!!"
