"This property was listed as a guesthouse with one bedroom over a bakery in town. Then we were given instructions to go somewhere else in the the middle of know where. It was a hostel that only provides one room and bathroom. The kitchen and refrigerator were shared among all the guests. The room was filled with spiders everywhere. It didn’t appear dusted. Spider webs were hanging from the ceiling and tv and door ways. No where to walk to a store or restaurant. "

"Your site says "motel am Outletcenter", but it does not say the actual name of the motel. We checked in at the pizza restaurant on the bottom floor. It was not obvious for us that that was the reception. We had some difficulties explaining to the "non-english" speaking person behind the counter that we had already payed through Pay pal. Luckily there was a guest at the restaurant who was able to translate for us."
