One of the highlights for us was being just a short 10-minute drive from the best birria tacos we’ve ever had anywhere in the world! Beef Masters Pasture-Raised Farm has a food truck that is a must-visit; their tacos are absolutely incredible.What really made this experience stand out, though, were the people. The locals welcomed us with open arms and genuine warmth, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s hard to overstate how special it is to feel so embraced by a community while traveling.If you’re looking for a simple, authentic, and wonderfully located spot to stay in Hopkins, the Baby Blue Cabana is the perfect choice. "Shelley and Lesta are fabulous and work diligently to meet all needs. Very well stocked property. Beautiful bedrooms for all occupants. Walkable to multiple restaurants. With bad weather, pool heater not working was a disappointment. Areas of improvement are need for a good grill; beach chairs for all occupants;beach toys, a kayak and a fully functional paddle board."
