"We stayed 3 nights… This was a beautiful apartment with lovely outdoor space. The staff was very helpful and responsive on whatsapp; that worked great for us given our limited spanish; they helped arrange a balloon ride and tours. Some of the staff have great english; the others use their phones to translate; everyone was always open and accommodating! The apartments are one short block from the gate closest to the pyramid of the moon. Restaurants and stores are within a 5 minute walk. We...

"The property manager was very nice and communicated often, which was appreciated. However, there were a few things I would’ve preferred had been described further in the property description. To start, it’s not quite in the center of the city. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute car ride. No stove in the kitchen, they did have an electric top. The upstairs bathroom did not flush, and there was ant invasion which was promptly addressed "

"We experienced Puebla for the first time and this home was the perfect place to stay. The historic nature of the building was what first got us interested. But it has also been updated for modern comfort. Very spacious for a large group, plus it’s walking distance from the center of town. Leobardo was not only very friendly but he was also very responsive. Overall fantastic experience here!"
