"Kind service"

"The room was like a mini apartment, staff was attentive and friendly. Great for our stay with lots of space. A few hiccups were quickly taken care of. You must pay a separate fee for room service. Rooftop is quaint and modern just like the rest of the hotel. Although it’s on a busy street, yes it’s central to everything. We walked in every different direction and found plenty of food and shopping in the beautiful trendy neighborhoods. Recommend and would stay again!"

"This is an incredible hotel designed by Ricado Lagoretta years ago but updated beautifully. Full of vibrant colors it is a joy to walk through. The service is impeccable and the location next to the extraordinary museum of anthropology located un the Bosque de Chapultepec. We are also well located to use Uber which is half the cost of taxis to get around. We joined the Camino Club, a section of about 200 updated and well appointed rooms that provides excellent breakfasts included in their club room overlooking 5 stories below an excellent swimming pool. It also includes for one hour in the evening a beautiful display of hors d'oeuvres, deserts and drinks which often substituted for dinner. Finally those attending all our needs in the club room were so helpful and gracious. We left many individual recommendations. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Quiet, clean and good service. Nice linens and spacious room. The only thing not ideal for me personally was the memory foam mattress, it is too soft for my needs. I would also consider a thin neck/head pillow. The ones provided are a bit thick. "
