"This apartment seemed very new and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very nice to have AC as it was very hot the first few days in MAD. It is on the smaller side compared to USA standards but pretty average in Europe. The apartment complex was very quiet and we never heard street noise which was very nice for sleeping! "The property is a bit sketchy. The single bathroom is located just inside the front door. The galley kitchen is tiny. The shower bathroom is fine. The staircase seems like a building site under repair. It’s is definitely cramped and awkward. Checking in was frustrating- the process of uploading all guests’ info and passport photos was very difficult in transit - although customer service was sympathetic and quick to respond. I would not stay at this location again."

"Everything about this condo is amazing: location, layout, amenities. The only problem was trying to communicate with the Host. Messages from the Host were sent through VRBO and could not be opened. The Host uses BNB Holder (Madrid). However, once we had the host's email address and phone number, all went smoothly. Book this unit and you will not be disappointed."

"The Madrid apartment was very clean and professional, but lacked a homely touch. This was the only apartment of the 3 in our Spain trip, that did not have a starter set of basics like sugar/salt/oil. Location was very convenient, but we would have liked to know about the construction on the road that led to the building. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were adequate for our needs. We got the key from lockbox on entry. "

"We had a great time at this property - arrived in Madrid in the morning and then checked in as soon as the property was available in the afternoon. Very nice apartment with a lift to get the luggage up to it. Comfortably slept the 7 of us. Well decorated clean and in good working order. Neighborhood was safe with lots of restaurants and a grocery store in easy walking distance. We would love to stay again our next trip!"

"The location was excellent - all major attractions within 10-15 walking distance. The apartment was very nice though I have some suggestions. They should provide instructions (in Spanish and English) on how to sort and where to take trash, how to use washing machine/dryer and microwave/oven. We rented for a week and there was only towel per person - should have provided 2 sets - we were required to wash them mid-week. There was a bit of a sewage like smell in the bathroom - we just opened...
