"We had a great time staying at this apartment. The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to the Palacio Real, the museums, the Parque del Buen Retiro and more. The Rastro market was one street behind the apartment. We did use the metro and were very close to La Latina and just a bit further from the Tirso de Molina station. Getting the keys was just 4 minutes away and not a big problem. There were shops and cafes very close, along with a convenient baggage storage station. However, ...

She answered all of our questions promptly.The property was well kept and sufficiently supplied.We found plenty of places to eat in the area. A couple of recommended bakeries were close and we also found a favorite place for coffee. "

"Great stay in this lovely apartment. It is close and very easy walking distance to Sol, Plaza Mayor and REALLY close to El Rastro. 24 hour Carrefour supermarket on the corner, Tirso de Molina metro at the plaza at the end of the street. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Great to have a small kitchen and a washing machine. Would recommend. Only be aware there is a lift but there are 8 or so steps up to the lift, 3 without a balustrade."

"I booked this listing to be able to use the washing machine. We arrived on a Sunday and there were no clothespins to hang the clothes in the line. It was a challenge finding them with so much closed on Sunday. The shower is angled so that both short me and my vwey tall husband had to shower while holing the sprayer."

"We had a great stay here. The apartment is incredibly convenient and located right in the heart of Las Letras district. It is on a slightly busy street, but very little street noise. Bars, restaurants and grocery stores all literally right out the front door. There was some construction going on when we were there, but it wasn’t a big deal. "Very accessible location within 3 minutes of a metro station and a bus stop right across the street. Several little shops nearby and a little supermarket around the corner helped us save quite a bit in restaurant money. We did struggle finding parking in the area, though (we rented a car to travel to little towns nearby, which would have taken forever to get to using public transportation.) "This property exceeded my expectations in regards of location. We were in the heart of Madrid, across from the Prado museum and a short walk to many restaurants and sightseeing options. The property manager made the check in and check out process simple and were very available for questions and support. The apartment comfortably accommodated our family of five. I would rent this property again if visiting Madrid in the future. "

"The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. The two guys at reception were amazing made our stay very pleasant. The apartment has plenty amenities. We stayed in a one bed and it was quiet spacious and comfortable. The property is in the heart of Granvia few steps away from metro, the bus, grocery shops and great shopping experience. Reception is open upto 6pm only and cleaning is not done daily otherwise every thing else was fantastic "

"Excellent location. About a 5-10 minute walk from Atocha train station. Restaurants near or in walking distance. Staff were very professional and courteous. Room was lovely and clean! We brought our 2 year old pup and paid 30euros but the staff gave us a doggie bed and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Roof top was closed due to weather but the gym and garden was open. The garden area was beautiful with comfy chairs and tables to sit with family and friends for a lovely evening. Restaurant on location with basic food but price and food was decent. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back. "
