"Like: Location walkable into town and the rock carvings. On a large plot running down to the sea and huge pool. Cottage was spacious with view over golf course to the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Large comfortable bed. Dislike: Sunbeds need renewing. 2 of stairs into pool broken. Litter not cleared away.No chairs/ sun beds on the beach and unfinished buildings next to the beach. Resort needs some TLC which may have started as lobby area being renovated."

"If you think this is part of MGM group, it is NOT. It is a local MGM group that has taken the global brand and monetizing on it. The property by itself is not really bad. But they rate themselves as MGM global brand and charge premium like a 5 star Hotels and that is where the problem is. If they charge 1000 - 2000 rupees, $20 - $50 per night, it is not bad. But anything more than $100 per night is too much for this place. I actually wanted to cancel my second night. But the hotel did not allow...

"Great ambience - swimming pool was good. Had fun at the jacuzzi. However, no massage facilities for women. No facility for swimming costume as well. But there were many positives. clean rooms, ac worked well ,friendly staff. Food was tasty. Good choice for a quiet, relaxed stay. "We were blessed with an opportunity at Hindustan University, and Al (the owner) met our needs every step o the way! First off the flat is spacious with incredible views. All of the accommodations were kept clean and intentional, making our visit to this home more a kin to a hotel stay. There were only two of us, but this apartment can comfortably fit many many more.
