"Like: Location walkable into town and the rock carvings. On a large plot running down to the sea and huge pool. Cottage was spacious with view over golf course to the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Large comfortable bed. Dislike: Sunbeds need renewing. 2 of stairs into pool broken. Litter not cleared away.No chairs/ sun beds on the beach and unfinished buildings next to the beach. Resort needs some TLC which may have started as lobby area being renovated."

"Generally a great value and a satisfying hotel experience. Only bit of irritation was that I could not get an Uber to come directly to the property for pick up. Instead, I had to walk about 300 m to a pickup location. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel but it was irritating. "

"I was disappointed with the condition of the property. It seemed quite run down. There was no WiFi access in the bedrooms, only the reception. Position next to the sea was excellent. "

Excellent hotel

"After being in Tamil Nadu for almost 6 weeks, our final stay in this fabulous hotel was one of the best. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. They couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was fantastic, large variety of food and drinks. High tea every afternoon was a lovely surprise, and delicious. Room was excellent, food quality bedding and towels, plenty of toiletries available, housekeeping was excellent, always asked if we required anything extra. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Hotel in Chennai, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the super cool front desk team, who welcomed me with warm smiles and efficiently checked me in. The management team was also top-notch, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. The restaurant served delicious and comfortable food that catered to my every craving. The menu was diverse, and the presentation was impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal I had during my stay. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the entire staff. The security team was super friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
