"Located in a lovely scenic position high up on a hill side, the property is staffed by wonderfully hospitable people determined to make our stay memorable. To our surprise, the property had a small pool and exercise area as well as games area. The recommendation of a nearby restaurant was spot on (5 minute walk) plus a great breakfast also kept us well fed. The only concerns are that the property is a bit of a drive off the main motorway and the wifi was slow. But those are small concerns...

"Absolutely horrible experience, correctly called the "chimney of Ortisei". There was smoke smell all throughout (in bedding, walls and hallway); couldn't even sleep because of smoke smell and noise. The lady at the front desk was drinking the whole time and encouraged the other guests (mostly bikers) to smoke and talked loudly until 2am. She was very unhelpful and rude. Don't stay here if you wanna wake up early for a hike (like we did). I wish I had better things to say abt our 2 night stay. "

"My husband and I stayed here in mid June and it was wonderful. The location is beautiful and provided a wonderful pool to enjoy on a warm summer day. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided for our every need and request. The optional dinner was delicious and of exceptional quality, a perfect ending to a day of hiking, biking, and exploring. Looking forward to returning. "

"È difficile sentirsi a casa in hotel ma questo è stato proprio il nostro caso. Pulizia, attenzione, cortesia e cura. Camera con moquette, ma pulitissima. Zone comuni molto belle. Ottima cucina e colazione. Bellissima biblioteca e fantastico parcheggio coperto. "

"Piccolo hotel ma confortevole e fornito di tutto. Cucina non variegatissima ma ottima, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima la piccola spa con bio-sauna, doccia emozionale e solarium indoor mentre idromassaggio riscaldato e sauna finlandese outdoor, favoloso! La vista è davvero incantevole e vale la pena allontanarsi dal paese e inerpicarsi su per il versante per arrivare fino a qui. "Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour dans cet Hôtel, le personnel est discret et très serviable, les chambres sont bien équipées et d'une belle surface , ce qui en fait un lien idéal pour y séjourner une semaine.
