"The location is great, within walking distance to a lot of places. The front desk Karl Magdala is very friendly and helpful by greeting us, showing us the room, and giving us an orientation of the room. He also tried his best to answer our questions and even bringing us a written information to our room. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of varieties. "This is the fifth time I stayed in this hotel. This time I chose breakfast package and I made the right choice. The whole crew of staff in the restaurant provide a professional and polite service to me and my wife 以禮待人. They set the model for service industry in Hong Kong. The whole team communicated each other effectively. We really enjoyed our stay . We definitely recommend this hotel and will return to the hotel. Thanks "
