"In for the weekend for a Duke basketball game. Great location, roomy house, super clean, everything we needed for a quick trip. "

"4 of us stayed comfortably in this space and we each had our own bed and bedroom. Would stay here again as plenty to do within a few miles of this location. We had a rental vehicle but could of gotten by doing UBER's as we utilized that service plenty as well. Host was responsive to my questions via text."

"We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. "We had a wonderful multi-gen holiday visit at this home. I was looking for a place with living room seating for my whole group including the family we were in town to visit, and this home delivered. It's on a busy street, but the large back yard is lovely and there are no rear neighbors. Ample parking, with space to turn around before pulling onto the street. Although not wheelchair accessible because of the short staircase down to the living room, it's otherwise on one level with no porch...

"Excellent home and host! Very clean and comfortable, and communication from the host was quick, friendly, and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable, every room was well equipped with linens, home decor was warm, inviting, and fun. Location of the home was great for exploring Duke University and the downtown Durham district. "

"The area turned out to be perfect for watching the stars, very little ambient light. It was wonderfully quiet (off season). The host was helpful and responsive to questions. And the place was bright and clean, with lots of thought put in to making it comfortable."

"Perfect for walking downtown and easy access to the ball park. It's a neat old bungalow that has everything you need. We had a slight issue with only hot water in the shower, and Cedric dealt with it right away. What else could you ask for?"

"We loved the spaciousness as well as separate areas that permitted 3 different family groups to stay at the house. We feasted, watched & played football, crafted, and played in the game room. We were able to include our daughter's family that lives nearby and is caring for a terminally ill child. This home facilitated us having such a wonderful time together as family. "

The kitchen was stocked with items that were needed to prepare meals for my family. The home was easy to find and close to Duke Medical Center.
