"The property overall was a decent property however, when we arrived, the trash was left from the occupants prior to us. I believe it was because of the Thanksgiving holiday. There may have been some back up however, it did not allow for us to use the garage, which would’ve been very nice given how cold it has been. "Perfect location for graduation at Duke, 8 minute Uber ride. Close to hospitals and wonderful strip mall full of great places to eat. Very minimally decorated and needs living room furniture updates, however, served our needs for clean space for sleeping and great back for pets to potty."
