"Our family of 4 and another couple stayed in this beautiful home near Duke and UNC. We had all the comforts and necessities to make us feel right at home. Very clean and well stocked house with an abundance of space and plenty of Roku tv’s! Located near multiple shopping areas and a short drive to UNC for our son’s game. Wld stay here again and highly recommend. "

"We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. "We needed a place to stay for our son's wedding that could accommodate our immediate family, my parents and niece and nephew. There was the right amount of rooms and beds for us. The house is eclectic. The location worked well for us. We appreciated having enough parking on property. We just wish all the windows had privacy blinds. "This is a really beautiful little home. It’s well decorated and has tons of space. Very convenient to downtown Durham and the airport. There were some dishes in the cabinets and one of my towels was covered in hair. There is also a fair bit of road noise and some noise from the nearby railway. Make sure you bring coffee if you want to drink it while you’re there. The house only has decaf. While I’m sure the host is very nice, I found the communication suboptimal.
