I was in town visiting some friends in the hospital, and her graciousness was greatly appreciated. I have stayed in thousands of hotels in this category, and I must say—this was the best experience I’ve ever had. My only minor issue was the inability to fully turn off the air-conditioning unit. I was told that the fan continues to run, even after selecting "off," due to a built-in dehumidifier function. As a Floridian, I understand the need, but the constant buzzing wasn’t my favorite part of the stay."
