"Nothing special "

"New build facilities, shower features are not reliable and poor quality could not turn water off, was told to hit hard the box by staff and only have shower in morning."

"The Hotel was clean and staff was very nice . The only thing I miss was that the was no room Service and no phones in the room to Ring the reception and if u need any Assistant u will have to go down to the reception. The parking was not free and was very expensive . If u have to stay for a Long period of time it can be very costly."

"Lovely hotel right next to the cable car and easy access to 02 and excel centre. Lovely location and very nice breakfast as well. "

"Wanted to stay since we had a drink in the bar afew years ago. We were staying at a different hotel that over looked it Reception was stunning with lovely staircase to early to check-in so we went in the bar for a coffee. Very disappointed with the worn carpets and furniture very tired and that was where we were having breakfast as dinning room was closed very cramped.
