"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel right in the center of Bruges. Beautifully appointed and decorated, the rooms were extremely comfortable and I appreciated all the little touches like the L’Occitan toiletries and the coffee maker. "It was difficult to find the entrance to the carpark for the hotel. Safe parking with barrier entry. €10 per night. Restaurant was the only place to eat in the evening due to refurbishment. "We wouldn’t stay anywhere else than the Ter Brugge in Brugge, we have stayed quite a few times now and we are regulars to the hotel. This hotel is one of a kind that is why we always chose to go back. "Hotel Staff Friendly and helpful, Room overall good quality, only issues were small bathroom mirror not being screwed in properly and fell off when touched, one of the hand soap dispensers was ripped off the wall and just left on the sink surface before arrival, also there shower screen on the bathrub was not big or sealed at the bottom which lead to the bathroom floor having puddles of water "

"The property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Lots of first class bedrooms and ensuites. large clean kitchen and dining table made entertaining easy. Bar area was great too. Classy restaurant next door serves excellent food and the wine list is brilliant."
