"Very interesting cottage with all the facilities we needed and a beautiful garden. Everyone slept well. The upstairs was very quirky and we loved that it had slopey floors. "This was an ideal location for our exploration of this corner of Belgium and also NE France. We were delighted with the house and the facilities provided and could not have asked for more. Welcomed by Marc, the host who showed us around and had some lovely suggestions of places to visit and eat, we then spent our week criss-crossing the region and enjoying everyday. So much to see and do - we didn't manage it all but that just gives us the opportunity to go back again."

"The kitchen is devided into two rooms, which are in a very old furniture condition. Cupboarddoors are difficult to close. Inside the cupboards are lots of old and broken things, no one knows if they will work. The tiled floor is broken and hidden under the carpets, but will move, if you put your step on them. The chairs are very uncomfortable, the dishes are not enough for the amount of visitors and some were dirty. All felt sticky. The bathrooms were partially broken and bad to be vented, what...

"La maison est grande et confortable : 4 chambres, un grand salon-salle à manger, une cuisine bien équipée, deux salles de bains, un jacuzzi etc. Dans une rue calme, elle est idéalement située pour visiter l'agglomération (Lille, Roubaix, Tourcoing, Belgique). C'est une maison très bien adaptée pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis. Attention toutefois aux escaliers qui sont assez raides, et qui peuvent causer des difficultés aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Je recommande vivement cette maison."
