A beautiful hotel RUINED by the constant stench of cigarette smoke!! The hotel is in great settings, very clean, very comfy rooms with lovely staff. But all of this ruined by the constant smell of cigarette smoke coming in through the vents in the bathroom - from 11pm to 5am the place just STANK. In the end we had to sleep with the window wide open and the heating off just to stop the smell. Also someone seemed to be slamming the main doors constantly all night making the whole room shake The staff on front desk for apologetic but seemed to know this happens!?!?! For such a nice hotel this really shouldn't happen. Without this it would be a 5/5 easy

The hotel is fine in that it’s clean and offers what it states. Rooms were bucket furnished for a hotel of this calibre. No free drink offered as per the booking, and told it wasn’t available so slightly peed off as part of the booking. Staff friendly

Quiet Stay outside of Lille
Room is a bit small, but clean. Standard Continental breakfast but good taste. Easy parking in front of hotel, and also some restaurant near by. Good option for staying outside of Lille or on the way to Belgium.

Great hotel and good location.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Great room with aircon. Clean/ tidy. Great view of airfield. Don't get put off by hotel being near an airfield. The location is great. Rooms are very quiet and with windows shut, you don't hear anything! Hotel has a great seating area outside that looks out over the airfield....great watching planes take off and land and watching the parashooters come landing in! Plus we were lucky to see 3 hot air balloons take off to. Breakfast was good and had lots of choice! Will definitely stay again.

In general it was a reasonable hotel. Staff were friendly and the location and parking were good. Only slightly negative point is the size of the room. Could do with being larger with a decent desk to work at.
