Location-wise, this apartment was sited midway between the Biosfera shopping mall/open air theatre and the harbour end of the main strip. This meant that there was ready access to many restaurants and tourist facilities. An unexpected bonus, and something that I don't think has ever been mentioned in other reviews, was the grandstand view that we had of the New Year's Eve fireworks display from our patio. It was breathtaking.
Inside the property was a good selection of crockery, cutlery and ovenware along with the expected toaster, microwave, oven, fridge and diishwasher. The high bar-type stools were not to our taste, but were necessary to eat from the counter-height kitchen worktop. the TV received all English main channels and just about all freeview channels and more if you knew how to work it. Internet connection was a bit clunky at times, but overall did not spoil our stay. The beds were amongst the most comfortable we have ever experienced in holiday accommodation and the shower was the biggest and best we have ever had.
Outside there were four loungers at the front, one of which could only be used in the fully recumbent position because one of the adjustment supports broke, a table and four chairs, and three patio armchairs round the back in a shaded area. Also at the back was a laundry/washing facility.
There was a communal swimming pool about 150 yards away which was entered using the community gate key.
Keys (house key and community gate key) are picked up on arrival from a key box located about two hundred yards from the property. Key codes and very clear instructions are given by email before your arrival.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay and have tried to give an honest appraisal of this most acceptable apartment.
