The "Casa Canaria" with a separate studio, ideal for 2 to 6 people, is located on the edge of the Canarian village of La Asomada, with two large terraces and a salt-water pool in Roman style and offers you a fantastic view of the sea and the island Fuerteventura. If you are looking for a stress-free vacation and would like to enjoy the tranquility of the country and still want to live near the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, then "Casa Canaria" is the right choice for you. The house offers you two bedrooms, one twin and one double, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A large living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Adjacent but separate is an independent studio with a comfortable double sofa bed, shower and a small kitchenette. The whole house is ideal for a family of 6 with family members or friends, some of whom would like to live privately. Of course, both units could also be rented separately.

Arrival and departure time: If the house is not rented on the day of your arrival and departure, you can arrive or leave the house at any time. Otherwise, arrival is only possible after 3 p.m. and you are asked to leave the house by 10.30 a.m. on your day of departure.

Great stay at Casa Canaria, lovely accommodation and outside seating areas with good views. Peter was very welcoming and there was a substantial welcome pack in the fridge and lovely fresh fruit. We will return, thank you Peter.

Casita Canaria - The Kelly Family
Our stay in La Asomada was excellent. The Villa is only 5 mins drive to Puerto Del Carmen and 10 mins from Arricife, so it is more peaceful than remote. The facilities at the Villa are excellent, outdoor areas including the pool and views are spectacular. A big thank you to Peter who seen to all our needs and wants. We will return, no doubt.

Villa was lovely and clean and quiet ever thing was in good condition, the pool area was great. It is in a nice area down a track but easy to find. The owner was lovely and left us a great welcome pack.

Villa canaria
Peter est un excellent propriétaire. Il a vraiement été aux petits soins dès notre arrivée à la villa, une belle corbeille de fruits frais nous attendait, des boissons fraîches et de la nourriture pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain matin Peter a également pensé au vin blanc pour l’apéritif . La villa est très bien équipée en linge de bain et de plage . La piscine a été la cerise sur le gâteau, bien entretenue par Santiago et Carmen a pris le soin de changer le linge de lit et le linge de bain Enfin bref…….séjour parfait

Sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft
Einrichtung, zwar nicht sehr lanzaroterische, aber trotzdem ganz schön. Schränke sehr groß, Betten sehr bequem, Küche perfekt ausgerüstet und der Pool wunderbar.

La Asomada
Wir haben fünf tolle Wochen auf Lanzarote verbracht und die Wohnung mit Pool sehr genossen. La Asomada liegt so zentral, dass die ganze Insel sternförmig besucht werden kann. Vielen Dank an Gastgeber Peter! Peter hat den Empfang fürsorglich und liebevoll gestaltet und ist auf unsere Bedürfnisse zuvorkommend eingegangen. Vielen Dank nochmals für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung mit schönem Blick auf das Meer.
Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse in einem typischen kanarischen Dorf abseits der Touristenzentren. Mit dem Auto sind es aber nur kurze Wege zu Supermärkten, Stränden und den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Lanzarote. Wir hatten die Casa Canaria vier Wochen ab Mitte März gemietet. Zu dieser Zeit wehten öfters recht frische Passatwinde über die Insel. Trotzdem konnten wir die sonnige und windgeschützte Terrasse täglich nutzen und den Ausblick auf die Landschaft und das Meer genießen. Das Haus ist sauber, komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Internet, Fernseher, Klimaanlage mi Heizfunktion und sämtliche Elektrogeräte der Küche funktionierten einwandfrei. Peter ist ein sehr liebenswerter und immer hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Zum Einzug fanden wir neben einem Obstkorb, Getränke und leckere Lebensmittel für den ersten Tag vor. Hierfür nochmals vielen Dank.

Ein absolutes Traumhaus
Wir waren für 2 Wochen zu Gast in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus steht komplett für sich alleine und die Ruhe dort ist ein Traum. Wir haben den Außenbereich täglich genutzt und die Zeiten im kristallklaren Pool waren unbezahlbar. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Als wir ankamen hatten wir eine große Schale mit frischem Obst auf dem Tisch und im Kühlschrank waren eisgekühlte Getränke für uns bereitgestellt, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus war sehr sauber und einfach nur schön. Der Vermieter Peter ist ein sehr lieber und gastfreundlicher Mensch, er war immer zur Stelle wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir werden so schnell es geht wiederkommen!
