"We had a wonderful stay here! It's a beautiful, cool and clean hotel right in the heart of Taichung. While we were staying, a typhoon hit Taiwan and it was very scary. The staff here helped by telling us what to expect, extended our stay and even helped us change the travel plans we had made. We're very lucky that we got to wait out the typhoon in such a comfortable hotel with fantastic staff!"

"Location is close to the mrt station. Staff is friendly, and the property is well maintained. The hotel also offers free coffee machine in the lobby area. Only gripe about the property is the room is a bit small for two small beds. The laundry room offers 3 washing machines. Overall, a great place to stay."

"Everything was great, except the check-in time is a little too late at 3pm. We arrived at 2+pm and were not able to go to the room yet. Staff very helpful and efficient. Room well appointed. Located in very high residential district, very safe. 2 cafes around the corner from the hotel. walkable to carrefour supermarket and eslite mall. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue with smelling cigarette smoke in my room, and when I talked to the front desk, the staff immediately got up and went upstairs, saying she’d check where it was coming from and that she would turn on the air purifier so I would have no issues when I returned. That gave me a lot of peace of mind. Rooms were clean and you can select which toiletries you need downstairs, which is eco-friendly. The bathroom and shower are a good size. The mini-fridge inside the room was clean. Plenty of outlets in ideal places (next to bed, near desk, next to fridge). Good location very close to the train station. Multiple elevators meant you never had to wait long for one. Check-in was easy and seamless. Checking out was less straightforward since I am not familiar with checkout procedures in Taiwan and the machine to drop off the key did not have English on it (but has English mode after you click into the interface). Once I knew where to go, it was fine. "
