Rooms are large and clean and we'll equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good. All dishes were prepared carefully and taste great. It was a total surprise.

The disadvantage of being far from the train station is not a problem if you call a cab from the hotel lobby. Cabs in this country are fast and inexpensive from the time you request them from the lobby to the time they pick you up. Credit cards are accepted in most cabs in the area. Hotel facilities are new, clean, well kept, and cost effective.

We are family with 3 kids and took the family room. Room was spacious and design well thought out with a projector screen in addition to the regular tv. Downside the room was quite dusty and you can see dust layers on the floor and the windows corners. Toilet and sofa was also not clean. Service staff except for a guy with short, gold, curly hair was generally good with a shoutout to Mickey who was very helpful in our various questions and requests.

Very satisfied and comfortable stay
The room is relatively new and clean. The location is good with walkable distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, and various shops. Staffs are friendly. The thing surprised me the most is the quality of their breakfast which has many choices and dishes. One of their kitchen staffs, Mrs. 蕭玟X is very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay this hotel again in the future.

Great location and hotel--first choice in Taichung
The room is 5-star quality with very comfortable beds, bathroom is super clean and great mini-bar with drinks. We highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely come back and stay again. The service is absolutely best in class storing our luggage and very professional and safe. Nearby full of great restuarants and national musuem of fine arts is a nice place to spend your day

Choose Autumn Willow over Springs.
Odd set up. Check in is for two hotels and only the other ’Autumn Willow’ has air-conditioned (A/C) lobby lift access. Our hotel, has long walk to back of building in no A/C to rear lift, share with rest of building - lift very slow and also no A/C. Seems small but this very hot place.

One of my best stays in Taiwan
I stayed in one of the superior queen rooms and I am satisfied in pretty much every aspects. The room is new, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom is huge with a separate spacious shower area and bathtub. The breakfast is included and is very delicious with wide selections of dishes. The staffs are very friendly and carefully explained various aspects of the hotel when you check in. The only inconvenience is there is no access to public transportation, so if you are not driving then you need to Uber to your destinations. Considering all the comforts I am getting from the stay, it's totally worth it.

Its value for money and good if u okay with small internal windows (building to building). Room condition is good and size is very cozy. For 1 pax is okay but 2 in a room will be squeezy. I stayed in blk B. So i find the overall feeling okay but not as grand as staying in a proper hotel as we need to access lift in the other part of the building. The upkeep not as good in some common area. Staff service and attitude very good. :)
