Staff was friendly and prompt with service, especially if you connect with them on Line. Like most hotels in Taiwan there was no heater in the room, but they provided an extra comforter which helped. "Location is ideal being one with nature. We rented a car so locating the property wasn’t hard. Average hotel. Our room can fit 5 futons. Bathroom size is spacious though the amenities, overall is average. We enjoyed our one night stay. Breakfast is sufficient. "

"One of the best ways to meet local people is to stay in a place like this. The owner was very friendly and helpful, collecting us from and taking us back to the station. "My two night stay was fantastic. Very comfortable room with everything I need. Bikes available for use to explore the wonderful little town and great assistance by staff. Staff = Family !
