"I went to book into the hotel and it was closed, dark and empty. I tried to contact them on both numbers provided. Nothing. No answer, no call back. I tried all day and it was so frustrating and worrying as we had no idea where we were going to sleep that night. I left it until 5pm and then found another place to stay. Thought that perhaps something had happened and they'd be back the following day and may offer the two nights from then. Next day arrived and same fiasco. The hotel we had booked...

Stay included breakfast, we only had the continental as had an early departure but hot breakfast was also available. Would highly recommend."
