"The Barn was superb, the only thing that let it down was the pub opposite wasn’t open until the Wednesday of our stay and didn’t serve food until the Friday and that was the day of our homecoming."

There are a few niggles, although I put them into the category of observations and not complaints. The bed in the 'very' large bedroom was very creaky, and is perhaps time for a new mattress. "The house is exceptionally well presented, top quality finish and very comfortable. Everything needed is provided and the grade 2 listed building has been very well refurbished although the stairs can be a little tricky if you've got any mobility deficiencies or you are of advanced years."

"Overall the property was clean,moden and had everything needed for our stay.However,the pull out bed was not v user friendly and uncomfortable which was disappointing!I think the lodge was catered more for 6 people particularly the sofa area,not enough seats.There was also a issue with the back door as in it was stiff to open.We enjoyed our stay and loved relaxing in the hot tub,many thanks"
