We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. "Do not stay at this location. I paid in full to stay for one night and the host messaged me after the fact that I could not stay. I had to call VRBO for 3 days to get my refund underway. Do not stay here you will just lose your money."
