"The hotel was nice. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre but there were several restaurants around the hotel. Check in could have been better. The desk receptionist, Catrenna, may need to review some of the training on customer service, her attitude was not welcoming at all. Maybe she needs to be on night shift where she doesnt have to deal with many, if any, customers. Day shift may not be her best time of day. "
