"We really enjoyed our first stay here, unfortunately it was noisy due to the building work and it would have been nice to know about before. I knew the parking was going to be difficult but I think a warning if you have a tall vehicle as mine isn’t that tall but I did find it unsettling due to the beams which I had to navigate around and through to park. We did have an issue with a TV but the staff were fantastic and resolved it quickly. "

"Location was excellent with short walks to trains or trams, and a close location to museums, night life, and restaurants. Not the cleanest or in the best shape, but ok, and the staff was incredible! Very helpful and easy to work with. Good breakfast if you like coffee and croissants- the croissants were amazing!"

"We were happy with our stay. Basic but clean and very good value for money. We booked an appartment at the last minute as we had tickets to a game at Old Trafford. The 2.2 mile walk to the stadium might be a bit much for some but was fine for us. Although the building itself was a liitle run down, the appartment itself was clean and modern and a fraction of the prices I saw for other accomodation. Reception was friendly and welcoming and were kind enough to waive the usual deposit. 20 pound for...

"Really lovely property, clean and modern. Parking was on roadside which was okay but had expected private parking. Contact with Pillo before travel was excellent but unable to speak to anyone during stay which was limited to voicemail with no follow-up. However on my return Pillo were very helpful and apologetic. Would love to stay there again."

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "
