"Everything was just lovely, staff, room, facilities. Weather in the region was deplorable but no fault of the establishment, what else would anyone expect travelling in CQ-FNQ at that time of year. We actually were incredibly grateful that we decided to stay there. Didn’t need to venture out in the weather if we didn’t want to as we had everything we wanted where we were."

"Just old things a bit out of date"

"I can’t fault the room, arrived on one of the wettest day in Townsville. Maybe not for them but certainly for me. Room very nice, location excellent but due to rain views non existing. Bed comfortable. Quiet room, so that side is awesome. But it’s like it has tried to hard, nowhere to put suitcase. So on the ironing board it went. Cup’s supplied for the coffee/tea were too small for the coffee bags. No cutlery for takeaway food, the restaurant are only open in the evening, have to walk next...

"After hours check-in was very easy. Room condition was good but some pillow covers did not seem to have been changed since the last use. No water bottles provided. Air from A/C in one of the bedrooms was stink so could not use it which was quite inconvenient."

"What I didn’t like I have gone for a swim about 2 years ago and back again and had a lot of trouble getting out of the pool with nothing to hang onto it definitely needs a rail for the elderly guess. Thanks Donna "
