"One night stay prior to getting Cruise from Southampton, comfortable beds, good shower , good size bathroom. Room a bit tired looking could do with a makeover, carpet very stained . Room clean enough. Would have been nice to been provided with Biscuits on the courtesy tray. Ate in last night very basic choice but was tasty. Good Breakfast lots of choices. "

"Nice room we had supper in the bar and breakfast in the restaurant the next morning nice stay except the bedroom wasn't warm couldn't adjust the heating reception said they could adjust it manually but it made no difference. The rest of the hotel was warm "

"Great location for west quay shopping centre. Great hotel for pre stay before a cruise as close to the terminals. Onsite parking but if full can park next door at shopping centre. Free welcome drink is nice touch. Lights under bed light up if going to the bathroom in middle of night. Very handy"

"Lovely hotel . Clean . Bed was really comfortable good nights sleep. Complementary gin in room though did not use. Nice view of harbour. Didn’t have breakfast as early flight. Dinner was expensive one course each and bottle of £30 wine cost £90 lights where so dark couldn’t see what was in plate . Would stay again but eat elsewhere. "

"This was my third stay at Careys Manor and it was just as good as I remembered. The building is beautiful and the team is very welcoming and friendly, there is a real family atmosphere amongst them. The Sen Spa facilities are 10/10, and the treatments are amazing - pure relaxation and I looked 10 years younger after my facial. Highly recommended! "

"Couple staying for our anniversary. Dinner in both restaurants absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Spa facilities were decent however steam room by the pool was closed. This was not an issue as there is a steam room in the changing rooms. Gym and fitness classes were fun and easy to book as was the use of the pickle ball court. "Stayed in a wonderful disabled room. Excellent bathroom facilities with roll in shower. One of the best we’ve stayed in for disabled access. Buffet breakfast out of this world. Feels much more quality than premier inn would defo stay again if cruising from Southampton again. "

Beautiful property in an excellent location

"Everything was perfect from start to finish. Ayla and Mike are great hosts and were so helpful with their knowledge of the area. The cottage was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The location is fabulous for visiting so many places close by. We loved it and will definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful holiday Ayla and Mike. See you soon Martin, Debs and Millie moo 😊"

"There was not good communication about the size of the room. This was listed as suitable for 6 people and it certainly was not. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, the adults not in pairs. But we were willing to push through for one night. The other problem was an inadequate amount of linen. We needed more towels and blankets/sheets. I called Samantha to ask about additional linen and her response was not what I expected. She asked if we were cold because the room was adequately warm and we’d be fine with what we had. The pull out couch bed had no sheets and only 1 throw that was not big enough for one adult instead of 2. So my sons had to sleep without blankets and they were in fact cold. I’m still shocked my concerns and needs were dismissed. Providing extra blankets is such a simple thing. The room was clean but it definitely should not be rented to more than a party of 4. "

Spacious 3 Bed House in beautiful area of Hampshire

Lovely family house

"A well sized house for a family of 4 that was nice and tidy. There are some lovely walks in the woods you can explore without the need to drive. Winchester and Southampton are both a 15 minute drive and there are plenty of things to do with kids locally. We really appreciated Kerry putting up some holiday decorations for us as we were there over Christmas visiting family."
